What kind of ?
I had agreed to all the conditions of First Hosting. They provided me with a reseller hosting account but their IP has not been responding since the past 4 days. I submitted a ticket 4 days back which has not been answered till now. The post reads that 20 professionals work round the clock, but not even one among the 20 could respond to the ticket and none of them could restore my hosting account. Perhaps this was done intentionally because I couldn’t provide them with many referrals. Here is the proof http://i55.tinypic.com/scw0mc.jpg As a result of this, i had to migrate back to the old server.

I just personally looked at your case, and We’ve many free hostees with absolutely new sites, and they are referring us not a single visitors, we like to help people.
but look at the data below, which caused the server node to fail and we are not even able to get other sites databack out of that server in safe mode.

I think Usman is right, according to the service they are providing is great. But you all people have to manage.
I agree that you might be facing such problems, but there could be a solution to it and if not, there must be someone to reply to the support ticket. I didn’t get an reply neither on Facebook nor in the client area!
